Washington law requires insurance companies to put their policy holders’ interests above their own. However, that does not always happen.
An insurance company violates Washington law when it improperly:
- fails to pay a claim;
- fails to defend you in a lawsuit;
- fails to pay benefits you are owed under your insurance policy; and
- fails to settle a claim that exposes you to personal liability.
If you believe your insurance company has acted improperly, I will zealously represent you and work tirelessly to maximize your recovery.
